Company History

Mark Murphy and Inka Murphy are the owners of EMIM Services, they have more than 32 years of experience providing construction management services, site acquisition and development and property management.

Their knowledge of the design build process allows for a smooth transition during the design and preconstruction phase through to the construction and post-construction phases. Mark also aptly bids and negotiates their own contracts.

DIMARK Development has been responsible for the development of numerous properties for the United States Postal Service, New York State Police, United States Soil Conservation and various commercial sites.

DIMARK Development was established in 1992 and incorporated in 1997. DIMARK Development operates with the same key staff since inception and has completed each project on time and without litigation.
